1. Optional Promotional SMS Program

Flamingo Industries, Inc., DBA Flamingo Yacht Charters offers an optional promotional SMS program. Giving us a mobile number, sending an inquiry, booking a charter, or accepting general website terms does not enroll a person in this program. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

When a person selects the promotional SMS checkbox, they may receive recurring automated promotional messages about charter offers, special promotions, and event ideas from +1 (888) 299-1773. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month.

2. How Consent Is Collected

Enrollment is valid only when the person actively selects the clearly labeled promotional SMS checkbox. This optional checkbox is unchecked by default. Promotional email consent is collected through a separate, optional checkbox and does not provide SMS consent. We do not infer promotional consent from a booking, inquiry, payment, provision of a phone number, or agreement to general terms. A guest or other person must make their own choice; a primary renter’s promotional consent is not copied to guests.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

4. Opt-Out and Help

Reply STOP to +1 (888) 299-1773 to opt out. After an opt-out, we may send a final confirmation message as permitted. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected] or +1 (786) 758-7384.

5. Consent Records and Privacy

We maintain records of the consent choice, disclosure text and version, submission time, phone number, and form/source details. Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
