Plan Your Sea Ray Charter

Use this guide to prepare for a private Sea Ray charter in Fort Lauderdale. Confirm the final pickup point, guest count, current inclusions, weather policy, and any requested upgrades before departure because charter details can vary by date and booking.

What can I bring?

Guests may bring items that are federally legal and allowed on local waterways. Packing light is recommended.

Can I still make changes to my reservation?

Yes. Guests may add upgrades or contact Flamingo Yacht Charters to request changes to the vessel or charter duration.

When will I get my captain's contact information?

A list of captains is provided approximately 48 hours before the trip in accordance with USCG charter regulations.

When is my final payment due?

For reservations booked with a deposit, final payment is due 48 hours before departure. The payment link is included in the confirmation email.

What if it rains?

Charters operate rain or shine. Captains monitor radar and try to avoid pockets of rain when possible. The cancellation policy shown with the booking applies.
